Instructive footnotes

Paul’s description of what a bishop should be was not nee to me but tonight I got the sense that Titus was a seasoned servant in the church. The explanatory words at the end indicate that Titus was a bishop—thus confirming my impression. I guess I should pay more attention to those words of explanation at the end of many of these epistles.
