Still easing in

I’ve gotten pretty good at relaxing in the evenings mostly not on my phone (lots of reading) but I’m also feeling like I will be best served by not simply converting to reading in place of mobile games/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube. I want to make sure I’m also doing other things like working in the yard as the weather starts to get better in the next few weeks and doing some things with the kids that help build our relationships. At the same time I’m having terrible lately getting traction at work. I think it’s also fallout from the distress of having my car in the shop for 5 weeks in which my whole work rhythm was thrown off after nearly 2 weeks of for Christmas and the wedding. I had gone 7 weeks without a normal work week and it’s only been 1 week of a normal schedule as of today.
