While fire and battle both cause destruction the difference is that one only comes through volition and effort while the other can be naturally occurring. The battle of the warrior doesn’t happen without some human choice and will stop when the humans stop perpetuating that choice. Fire, by comparison, can start without human action, it can stop without human intervention, and it can continue despite human opposition. Battle is a human force while fire is a natural force that humans can sometimes use. The works of God operate like natural forces in that they are not within the full control of humans (our choices can sometimes influence the course or progression of His work) and not generally dependent on the desires of humans and they are more potent than anything human in origin.
