Alex will probably forget it because it doesn’t match his narrative but I navigate another confrontation with him without getting upset by calling out his dysfunctional approach to communication and inviting him to do better. He finally came around to asking for what he wanted rather than refusing to ask because he assumed I would refuse and we were able to make an accommodation for him. When will he learn to advocate for himself rather than taking a defeatist attitude and then blaming me for the resulting defeat.
Also, I got my 7000 steps today without too much difficulty. So far so good.
