- Debrief Old Pinery preview
- We got two people who haven’t gone on any of our earlier camps this summer.
- Having activities available to do was a huge bonus.
- Having more complete and enticing meals was better.
- Going earlier to have more time for things other than setting up and taking down was great.
- I got to walk all over the property and see that there are many good sites (especially in loops A & C) that would work for us even as our family expands.
- Everyone was talking of coming again and staying longer.
- I’m planning to schedule as early as I can (including activities) for two nights in the second week of August next year.
- We will want to have water coolers so that we don’t have to bring water bottles or go to the water stations for every drink.
- I’ll want a fire grate for our other camping which will also be useful if we get a site without a grate.
- I still want to try out Camp Haven in case it is better or as a backup in case Old Pinery isn’t available some year(s).
