I think I’ve found a trick to get the most out of my time sleeping. For the last few days I have tried to make a point of focusing on my breathing and clear my mind when I lay down. The result is that while I was in bed for 6½ hours last night I got 5:56 of sleep according to my sleep tracker that’s 92% of my night asleep—a far cry from the 35-40% of my time sleeping that I’ve had on a number of nights previously.
