I was concerned this morning when I discovered that Alex had classes during first period. We had expected him to be able to go into school late. I was pleasantly surprised when he not only got himself out to school on time but he also didn’t seem particularly concerned about having those morning classes.
Overall I was very happy with how well everyone got out on time. In the evening we did blessings for the younger kids followed by ice cream. Hopefully it results in a memory for some of the kids.
