Every time we get together with the Jacobson’s I am reminded of the value of having good friends. We had a very enjoyable game night there and it was nice to see the kids breaking up into various groups and each enjoying the kind of company they were comfortable with.

I wonder if that is true. It is true that we are never so far gone that we are outside the reach of the love of Christ and never so far gone that Christ does not love us but it may be that sometimes we are so far gone that we are unable to FEEL that love.
Brother Morris told a story about someone named Brandon who had been his friend and then sometime in Junior High School something changed (he had no idea what) and Brandon started being antagonistic toward him. It made me think of Ezra and Noah. Years later he ran into Brandon and Brandon greeted him as an old friend with a huge smile. Hopefully one day Noah and Ezra will truly reconcile.
