A pattern for growth

I’m looking at the children and youth program from the church and I have decided to use it myself the way I have often heard Young Women leaders say they did (or redid) the young women goals/steps to gain from them and approach them authentically with their young women (my words). I’m trying to learn from this program and in the process I will also grow personally.

The program is outlined as a pattern for growth:

  1. Discover what you need (or want) to work on.
  2. Plan how you will do it.
  3. Act on your plan in faith.
  4. Reflect on what you have learned.

And of course, this should be a repetitive cycle. Reflecting should often lead to discovery of what to work on next.
