Hearken and hear, O ye my people, saith the Lord and your God, ye whom I delight to bless with the greatest of all blessings, ye that hear me; and ye that hear me not will I curse, that have professed my name, with the heaviest of all cursings.
Doctrine & Covenants 41:1
It seems more clear to untangle the end praying like this: “ye that hear me not that have professed my name will I curse with the heaviest of all cursings.” In other words, those who profess to follow Christ but refuse to hearken to His counsel and direction receive His heaviest cursing because by professing to follow Him while they refuse to do so they not only harm themselves but they lead others astray.
