- I’m grateful that Mickey got accepted as a tenant.
- Hopefully Mickey can pay rent long enough to get a job that pays more for better stability.
- Hopefully Alex can get a place and hopefully the need to pay rent will motivate him to take less VTO.
Action Items
- Amend the rental contract for Alex to have him pay for occupancy before October 1st.
- Look into a replacement battery for my bike.
