Articles of Faith
This is the first time I have read the entire Wentworth Letter. It is interesting to see the flow of ideas culminating in the Articles of Faith. Also interesting that the fourth article was written as “We believe the first principle {singular} and ordinances of the gospel are faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Repentence . . .” This suggests that repentance may be considered an ordinance.
