In the midst of a busy day Stephanie pulled me aside and told me that she couldn’t see herself fitting with the changes that have been taking place in the home this week. She felt a new nanny would be better able to integrate into the new scheme and gave me her two week notice. It was easy to accept since we had become concerned with some of her desires for time off and/or extra pay. We now have a limited time frame to find a replacement but no quandaries about how she’ll take it.
