After teaching the people not to refuse to associate with anyone Jesus taught the disciples that they should protect this who were unworthy from harming themselves by partaking of His covenant emblems while in a state of unworthiness. Outwardly some people might not be able to see the difference between preventing them from partaking of the sacrament and rejecting sick people, but we must understand the difference and be inclusive wherever people who are unworthy of some sacred things can still be bright into fellowship with the saints.
