The good news for today is that our DCFS case is again closed. Becca mentioned in an email that Enoch had been interviewed by phone and she had taken notes. Soon after I read that I got a call from Adelyn asking for contact information for Mom. She said that the boys had only talked about “Grandma” and she had called Marsha because that was the only Grandma’s she had contact information for.
I texted mom to say she might soon get a call and within minutes she said that she had just missed a call. Later she told me she’d been called and I asked how she felt it went. She said she felt it went well. Adelyn then called again to say that she was closing the case with all allegations unsupported. That’s the best news I could have. Cloud lifted.
