To harrow up

I just realized what it means to harrow up. Harrowing is what Farmers do to prepare their field for planting. I already knew that, but I just thought about the prices and it’s purpose and effect on the field. Harrowing is done after plowing and serves to break up the dirt to soften it for planting but it also serves to uproot anything that is already growing. To harrow up the decrees of God is to displace them – undoubtedly with something of lesser value (considering that they are the decrees of God).
