Search the scriptures

It seems to me that the words of Zeno’s were had in the brass plates and that anything Lehi said about an olive tree either came from there or would be understood by anyone who had read the words of Zeno’s. While Nephi gained unique insights by seeking and receiving his own vision, much of what they sought to know was available to any who would read.
