I meet with a therapist for myself today. After an hour of taking her basically said he was processing and didn’t have answered yet. He suggested a couple of books and that I should try keeping a gratitude journal listing three things, no matter how small, that I was grateful for. I felt good about the fact that I was able to be honest about our situation without feeling like I was demeaning or blaming Laura.
Gratitude
- I’m grateful that Isaac bounced back after getting defiant until I lost my cool.
- I’m grateful that I got my temple recommend renewed.
- I’m grateful for our playful cats.
