Helaman notes how much wickedness one very wicked man (referring to Amalickiah) can bring about. E should equally now how much righteousness a very righteous man (captain Moroni in this case) can bring about by employing the same types of persuasion which was enhanced because not only was he persuasive and charismatic (like Amalickiah) but he was also right.
