Did Amalickiah plan to give the Lamanites when he first started agitating for the king to go to war with the Nephites or did he simply use that to his advantage when it happened?
When Amalickiah offered to give up his army to Lehonti did Lehonti ever consider the idea that this might be too good to be true?
Unlike Lehonti, the king of the Lamanites had every reason to expect that Amalickiah had gathered the army to fulfill his desire to go to war seeing as Amalickiah had started the movement advocating way with the Nephites. (Lehonti might not have been aware of that fact.)
