Within their sphere

All truth and intelligence is independent with that sphere in which it has been placed to act…

Scientific truth has limited impact on doctrinal understanding. Legal initiatives or injunctions cannot infringe on the laws of the physical world. Likewise, people have agency within the sphere of their station. Examples:

• Children have agency within their sphere which sphere is control of self.
• Parents have agency within their sphere which sphere is directing their families.
• Parents of adult children have agency within the sphere of offering counsel and support.
• Church leaders have agency within the sphere of offering spiritual guidance among their own congregation.
• Elected officials and other political leaders have agency within the sphere of public policy.
• Leaders of organizations have agency within the sphere of the organizations they are leading.

They’re are hierarchies within some spheres and overlap between various spheres at times but it is incumbent upon each person to understand their spheres in order to recognize and effectively use the agency that they have. People often go wrong when they think they have agency which they don’t have it when they fail to recognize the agency that they do have.
