Out of the blue tonight I suddenly had an allergic reaction to something. I hadn’t eaten anything in hours so it doesn’t seem like it was related to food but my throat started swelling and I knew I would be unable to breath if it continued. I quickly took an antihistamine and then monitored how things felt. Within half an hour things were somewhat better and eventually I have come to feel better but it worries me that this seems to have come out of nowhere.
