1 Nephi 15
It is interesting to me that much of what Nephi answered his brethren (which probably included Sam – we always assume that it was just Laman and Lemuel – Sam just becomes Nephi’s sidekick in our minds) was not information specifically from his vision. Much of it was general information that he already knew such as the fact that Lehi was speaking of things that would happen both temporally and spiritually.
To say that Sam had questions as well as Laman and Lemuel is not to disparage Sam – unlike his older brethren Sam chose to be obedient despite any questions he ever had.
