Identifying my outcomes:
- Focus on my desired outcome
- What do I want to create?
- If I could have, do, or be anything what would it be?
- Do I really care about this outcome or do I just think I should care about it?
- If I achieved the desired outcome how would I know it? What would it feel like?
- State the outcome in the affirmative. Keep it in present tense
- Be bold and not limited by doubting what’s possible
- Identify defining elements (qualities, characteristics, and/or success criteria)
