Let’s pick “Zion” rather than “Jerusalem” here. Those who talk about Zion and claim to be working for the building up of Zion but who are not actually working for Zion—by their fruits will they be known. We should be aligned with those whose work builds up Zion, not those whose words claim to build up Zion.
