The law and the prophets

It is important for us to understand discussions such as the difference between the law and the prophets. Those two could easily be linked together but they served separate purposes. The law was tied to a preliminary covenant while the prophets, or the prophecies of the prophets, were meant to warn and teach specific things who’ve were not inherent to the covenant.

We must always focus on Christ and the doctrine of Christ and not confuse that with any policies or practices that are less permanent.
