I’ve been wanting to talk to Laura to challenge whether she is actually doing anything new. I’ve been trying to think how to do it without having her think I was accusing her. I approached it today with a “we” approach—we aren’t ready to start breakfast schedule tomorrow. Laura didn’t feel accused but I don’t think she was challenged to recognize that so far I’m the only one doing anything different.
