We had a ward day of service this morning which Brother Call had individually invited Enoch to participate in for a family they minister to. I was happy when Ezra and Emma both asked me to wake them for the activity. All three of them came and helped with yardwork in the Sadler’s yard and moving some dirt in the Booth’s yard. It was nice too when Noah came out late and joined after Enoch had decided to be done.
I finished reading President Nelson’s talk about ministering with power and authority and it has me asking myself if I am really giving blessings or settling for offering council when I place my hands on Laura’s head. I need to ensure that I am giving blessings and not squandering those opportunities.
