- A place of resort relative to the breakdown of society prior to the Second Coming of Christ
- If society were breaking down I would rather be situated in a small rural town or an established homestead/ranch kind of property than in the city or the suburbs or an essentially unimproved plot of land.
- If I felt that society were likely to break down within 10 years I would want to establish such a place that my whole family could potentially gather for safety.
