I assume that the words of Malachi which Jesus also shared with the Nephites were the most important words in the record of Malachi. If so, what is the message that those words convey?
I think they convey the idea that the people were off course with their focus on the wing metrics. They were looking at the proud and the wicked and seeing happiness in them. The message was an invitation to repent and embrace the covenant anew along with a promise that there was more to come including a promise that the keys necessary to endure final purification would be given in time to prepare for the cleansing of the earth.
