Hiss, spurn, and make game

The Lord wants against what gentiles have long done in hissing, spending, and making game of the Jews as if He will not fulfill His covenant with them. It strikes me that hissing, spurning, and making game of anyone—even Nazis, Marxists, or contemporarily Trumpists—is universally contrary to how followers of Christ would respond to any of their brothers and sisters. It’s only worse to do it of the children of God’s ancient covenant because doing so is also to set the giver of the covenant at defiance.
