  • I’m concerned about my mind being too active for effective sleep.
    • I repeatedly realized I was thinking about potential and desired football results for next weekend.
    • I had a few nights of similar issues with political thoughts before and after the election.
    • These aren’t things I’m trying to think about I just become aware that I am tossing and turning as my mind is chewing on whatever thoughts.
    • I’m hoping to figure out a way to clear my mind of any intrusive thoughts that might keep me from good sleep.
    • The breathing techniques that I thought were effective a couple of months ago didn’t seem to help.
