- Thoughts on weakness
- Moses and Enoch both felt slow of speech when they were called to speak.
- Peter felt inadequate when he was called to leave his nets and follow Christ.
- Gideon felt like he couldn’t lead when he was called to lead Israel against Midian.
- Paul had a thorn in the flesh even as he ministered to saints throughout the church.
- Joseph Smith was uneducated when he was called to translate and teach.
- Is perpetually feeling invisible a thorn in the flesh for me?
- It feels like one in the fact that it is a thorn for me that keeps popping up.
- It seems like the opposite of one in the fact that I would stop feeling it as soon as I am called to do something.
- How might the Lord make that feeling of invisibility become a strength?
- Perhaps my familiarity with feeling unseen can increase my sensitivity to other people who feel unseen or to situations that seem to be overlooked.
