2 Nephi 12 – 14
The words of Isaiah have never seemed so glaringly current before. They have always seemed possible/probable, but this time they seem overtly applicable. The base man flaunts his sins and behaves himself proudly against the honorable man. Children oppress their parents and our sin is as Sodom and cannot be hid (not that we even care to hide it). No wonder those who desire that which is good and righteous shall say “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and we will learn of his ways.”
