Mosiah 26: 1-5
I had always wondered what the people did wrong that their children would rebel and not believe when they were all converted. I now think that I was not reading the important message here, which seems to be that there is, from this time forth, a mixture among the Nephites of believers and unbelievers. No matter how righteous or wicked the people are at any given time there are members of both groups found among them.
