Mosiah 8: 13-21
Ammon teaches Limhi about the role of a seer. He tells Linhi that Mosiah is a seer and has the tools from the Lord to translate any record and to know of secret things past, present, and future. Limhi is amazed and excited about this gift from the Lord and feels confident that the record his people found will be worthy of being revealed. Little did he know that the Lord would allow the people to know the subject and conclusion of the record, but not the content.
