With most of these locations meaningless to me, this list of camp sites for the children of Israel is more tedious than the genealogy in the book of Ether where the genealogy is listed from Ether back to Jared without any other information being presented.
I didn’t realize that Aaron lived into the fortieth year of their travels. He lived until he was 123.
I did not know that the Lord promised the people of Israel that if they left some of the people in the land who had previously inhabited Canaan that Israel would suffer the same consequences that those people were to have suffered for their sins in the land.
