I spent virtually all day (until 2:45) babysitting the Month End Accruals report. It had to be run one facility at a time and if any other report ran during the run it was likely to bomb out. We made it through this month but we will need to have something much more robust and reliable before next month.
As I got home Laura called to say that Alyssa was sick and then when Mariah and Savannah got home from Rachel’s house (Rachel is a girl in Savannah’s school class) I discovered that they were each a bit sick. We’re in for a few fun days – Savannah will not be going to school tomorrow.
While Laura was out getting food (before Savannah and Mariah got home) I submitted my Auto-Schedule Posts plugin to WordPress. Hopefully they will add it to their repository soon. I am planning to use it for Politics Elevated to allow more flexibility in posting by all the authors.
It sounds like Rachel’s family might be very good friends for us. Laura and Julie (Rachel’s mom) seemed to connect and everybody had a good time. When I talked to Julie briefly as she brought the two girls home it was very natural – no indication that the two of us had never had any interaction before.
As I talked to Laura tonight it appears that she had a real breakthrough in her understanding/comprehension of the Atonement and the Savior. We have decided that our family motto should be “Christ has the power to make it okay” (“it” being whatever we might be worried about at any time – past, present, or future)
