1 Chronicles 13 – 14
I don’t really understand this story with Uzza steadying the ark. There is something to this story more than is apparent in this telling of it.
I also wonder about David’s decision not to take the ark to his own bourse because of the death of Uzza. Why did David leave the ark in somebody else’s house if he was afraid of it – would he not be inviting that person to be punished as he thought he might be?
