Psalms 47 – 50
I claimed that some psalms have no doctrinal or spiritual value. Let me clarify that some do and also that some without any real doctrinal value are nonetheless uplifting simply for the way they praise God.

As I look into the identity of the sons of Korah and consider how many psalms are by them or by David for them or by David for the chief musician (who was almost certainly one of them) I am beginning to think of the collection of psalms as a hymn book. In that case we would not expect pure doctrine to supersede musicality.
