1 Nephi 5 – 6
I wonder how much of this Nephi remembers because of his own recollection, how much he remembers because his parents told him about it, and how much he is simply taking from the record made by Lehi. As a descendant of Joseph Lehi would have been in a distinct minority in the kingdom of Judah that was made up primarily of the tribe of Judah and secondarily of the tribe or Benjamin (meaning the largest minority was half the tribe of Benjamin residing in that southern kingdom).

I like that it is the fullness of Nephi’s intent to bring people to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob not simply his primary intent.
