We had a nice day today. I am still spiritually depleted but I know I will eventually be replenished. Scott Bleak spoke about Elder Holland’s Laborers in the Vineyard talk in sacrament meeting. I wish I had been able to hear more of it rather than chasing the boys because it really gets to the heart of my current fatigue.
We were uplifted by spending a couple of hours with JP and Marie this evening. I was surprised as we talked at how much of a chord it strum with them when I mentioned my idea of a lend and learn facility. It’s something that we could all work on together because we all see much value to be had from something like that but we’re not sure it would be very profitable—more likely a labor of love.
I have two hopes right now: first, that I will start having sufficient income without sacrificing my life; second, that my time can be focused on activities that make life better for those around me.
