3 Nephi 20 – 21
If Christ had so the disciples pass this sacrament to the multitude it would make sense to assume that all twelve would have authority to administer the sacrament when He was gone, not just one of them.
On the first day of his visit Christ announced himself, allowed the people to witness for themselves who He was, ministered to their needs, and instituted the sacrament. On the second day He allowed His disciples to lead out before He came then He offered the sacrament again and began to expound the scriptures for the people.
It appears that the building of New Jerusalem will happen as the Lord shall begin visiting the Gentiles with justice and empowering the remnant of Israel.
The promise to the house of Israel is that they shall be given Jerusalem foot their inheritance after they acknowledge Christ add the Savior they sought.
The reason that kind would shut their mouthed when they see things they had not been told about is that they are always deploying people whose echoes job is to keep them week informed of what I’d happening and what is about to happen.
