Moroni 1 – 6
I suspect that Moroni decided that he needed to write more based on the fact that he was not captured and killed anytime soon after finishing the record of Ether. I also believe that he wrote all that we have broken into five chapters at the same time. He may have had breaks before any of the remaining chapters.
I wonder what the difference was between priests and teachers among the Nephites. One difference was likely that priests could administer the sacrament – we have no indication that teachers could do that.
