Acts 11
It appears here that Peters authority to lead the church was generally accepted in these early days but certainly not unquestioned.
This is an interesting story of the prophecy by the man called Agabus about a dearth and how the people responded by gathering food and sending it to the saints in Judea who would have need of it.
