Enos, Jarom, Omni, Words of Mormon
Enos likely had his conversion before the coming off Sharem that Jacob recorded. Both Enos and Jacob speak of the efforts of the Nephites to convert the Lamanites.
When Amaleki wrote about the stone that told of Coriantumr and the origins of his people he had no idea that within two generations the Nephites would have a full account of those people available to them from the plates of Ether.
It would have been interesting to read the Book of Lehi and then suddenly jump back to the small plates of Nephi before reading the explanation found in Words of Mormon. I’ll bet that Mormon searched among the records for the small plates because he came across a record in the large plates of them being delivered to Benjamin.
