It’s amazing to think of the pervasive pace that the people experienced before Christ came? It is righteousness, not an incredible spiritual experience, that leads to peace. This sounds like fourth Nephi except for the fact that during this periods of peace there were Gadiantons gaining a foothold among the people until they ripped any peace away. In fourth Nephi they more gradually apostatized and then they formed secret combinations.
