    When I read about the protocols for people moving from one congregation to another I realize how blessed we are to have digital records and a centralized record keeping system. Now we just need to remember our record number or name, birthdate, and confirmation date.

    This prophecy from Isaiah and this volunteered sign from God offer a series of contradictions. The land shall become desolate and yet everyone remaining shall be able to eat butter and honey. I think the message is that even in situations of distress the Lord can and will bless those that turn to Him.
