    Orthodox Jews today have nowhere to pay tithes as there is no formal organization governing or leading them. They’re current practice is to give of their substance to some charitable cause as an offering to God. I wonder if that is considered acceptable for the time being.

  • Records matter

    Jesus took the time to inspect the records and to verify that past prophecies and their fulfillment (where applicable) were properly recorded.

  • Promises for the faithful

    The wonderful promises to the house of Israel don’t apply to those of the house of Israel who don’t take their covenant position seriously. They don’t have to understand perfectly but they can’t choose to live like the gentiles and still real the promised blessings.

  • Opportunity for all

    The plan of salvation included opportunities for both Jews and gentiles to be given the gospel where they could choose to embrace the Savior and reject all counterfeits or they could reject the gospel in favor of their ordered alternative. What no people would have is a lack of opportunity.

  • Gathered at a measured pace

    When the covenant is fulfilled, the seed of Abraham will be gathered without haste. That depressant mean that it will be leisurely but that it will be without scrambling. They will gather to Jerusalem, not escape from the world.

    In the millennium we are told that there will be two capitols, a political capitol and a religious capitol. One is Jerusalem and the other the new Jerusalem.
