    I can hear the honor that Paul feels when suffering for the sake of Christ and which he hopes that the Philippians would feel any time they suffer for the sake of Christ and I realize that is exactly what the people of Anti-Nephi-Lehi felt as they were being attacked by the Lamanites.

    It appears that “Son of man” is the title Christ most often used for himself and that He used it more than anyone else.

  • No hidden truth

    There is nothing about the plan of salvation which was done in the dark. While no man may know the hour of His coming, yet He was openly declared before, during, and after his mortal mission.

  • Christ always pleased His Father

    Jesus testifies that he always did that which was pleasing to Heavenly Father. That fits with the testimony of Heavenly Father that He was well pleased with Christ.

    Philippians 3 – 4 The words of Paul here make me think that the apostasy is already beginning by the time he writes to the Philippians.

    Philippians 1 – 2 Paul can see that he is spreading the gospel message even while he is imprisoned. He even sees that the message is being spread by those who do so as a mockery to him–like having people convert after seeing The Book of Mormon musical. In His mortality Christ knew that he…
